This Privacy Policy explains how our app processes information when you use it. The app allows you to select images from your device and process them using an AI service (Replicate – nano-banana model). The app also offers optional in-app purchases for credits through Google Play Billing.

2 Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account.

A) User Content (Images)

  • When you choose an image to process, the image is sent over the internet to an AI processing service in order to generate the result.
  • The AI processing service is provided by Replicate.
  • We do not intentionally collect personal information from your images.

B) Purchase Information (Credits)

  • If you purchase credits, the payment is processed by Google Play Billing.
  • We do not receive your full payment card information. Google handles payment details.
  • We may receive purchase status information (e.g., purchase token / confirmation) to grant credits.

C) Device/Technical Data

  • We process minimal technical data required for network communication (e.g., request/response data).
  • We do not intentionally collect sensitive device identifiers.

3 How We Use Information

We use information only to:

  • Provide app functionality (process your selected image and return the result).
  • Deliver purchased credits and prevent fraud/abuse.
  • Improve stability and troubleshoot issues (only if you contact support and share details).

4 Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

  • Replicate: to process the image and return the AI result.
  • Google Play / Google: to process in-app purchases and billing.

We do not sell your personal information.

5 Image Processing & Storage

  • Images are transmitted to Replicate to perform AI processing.
  • We do not store your images on our own servers.
  • Processing retention by Replicate may occur temporarily to operate the service. Please review Replicate’s privacy policy for details.

6 Permissions We Use

Our app requests only necessary permissions:

  • INTERNET: to send your image for AI processing and receive results.
  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 32): to let you select images from your device.
  • WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (maxSdkVersion 32): only if needed to save results on older Android versions.
  • com.android.vending.BILLING: to enable purchasing credits via Google Play.

7 In-App Purchases (Credits)

Credits are digital items used inside the app. Purchases are handled by Google Play. Your purchase may be subject to Google Play’s policies and refund rules.

8 Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices (such as HTTPS) to transmit data. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

9 Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10 Your Choices

  • You can choose not to upload an image (but then AI processing won’t work).
  • You can uninstall the app at any time.
